| Personal History | Sevryn is the only child of Michael Redstone and T'Lynn. Michael, who had a genius-level intellect and suffered from Alexithymia, was a theoretical physicist who met and eventually paired with T'Lynn, during his time at the Vulcan Science Academy. Michael and T'Lynn died in a laboratory accident when Sevryn was only two years old. Owing to her mixed parentage, T'Lynn's family was more than willing to relinquish their claims and as a result, she was given into the care of her paternal grandfather, Maxwell Redstone, retired Starfleet Security and grew up on his ranch in Colorado. She rode horses, worked on the ranch, and learned what she knows of life from her grandfather and her four uncles (also retired Starfleet). When it came time to decide her future, she opted for medicine and entered the Academy on her eighteenth birthday. |
